Credit Suisse Cuts Exposure To Ecuador


Credit Suisse has cut its exposure to Ecuador but selling off its holding of 2012 global bonds. In a research note sent out to investors on Thursday, the Bank explained it was reducing its exposure as a result of Ecuador's unfolding political scene. Credit Suisse thinks it increasingly likely that populist candidate Rafael Correa will become Ecuador's next president, either on October 15, or following a run-off later in November.
