Bolivia Trade Surplus Widens


Bolivia's trade surplus for the first eight months of the year widened to $926 million, up 157% year on year, according to the national institute of statistics (INE). The increase in the trade surplus was driven by a rise in the value of exports, up 50% to $2.7 billion from $1.8 billion for the same period last year.
