Mexico has registered record low annual inflation in November, the second month in a row. Annual inflation in November hit 2.91%; the previous record low of 3.05% was seen in October. Analysts expect the central bank to cut the benchmark interest rate this month for the fifth month in a row. It last cut the rate at the end of November by a quarter of a percentage point to 8.75%. The government had originally forecast inflation to end the year at 3.5%.
