The 10th Brazil Issuers & Investors Forum

Sep 27 - 28, 2012 | Caesar Park Faria Lima Hotel, Sao Paulo, Brazil

Brazilian debt capital markets have started 2012 with a boom. The balance sheets of Brazilian companies and banks are strong and a large pool of liquid investors are looking for yields, and looking further and deeper than in the recent past. Concurrently the global context evolves rapidly with volatility and uncertainty. On the one hand this is driving the buy-side search for relative safety and on the other, it has possibly profound implications for the local and cross-border markets and the options open to Brazilian issuers.

In this context, LatinFinance is organizing The 10th Brazilian Issuers & Investors Forum (BIIF) explicitly to inform and educate the buy-side on opportunity and issuers on options in the debt capital markets through discussions, presentations and 1-1 meetings. With over 200 delegates and 180 one-on-one meetings last year, BIIF is where Brazilian issuers connect with the local and international buy-side.

Some of this year's confirmed speakers include:

> Pablo Fonseca Pereira dos Santos, Deputy Secretary, Economic Policy, Ministry of Finance

This innovative tool enables registered delegates to pre-qualify potential investors and business partners before meeting and facilitates in-depth interaction with hard-to-reach officials during the forum.

Unique Perspective
Through 1-1 meetings, panel discussions and presentations BIIF educates Brazilian issuers and investors on how they can benefit from the robust and growing domestic markets, world-leading products and skills that are driving corporate investment in Brazil, with a focus on:

> Local currency issues
> Corporate debt
> Hybrids
> Options for financial issuers
> Project/infrastructure finance :

Meaningful Networking
BIIF comprises three equally important elements:

> A main conference room where delegates will engage in a compelling series of panels,
   presentations and workshops
> A second conference room set up with meetings spaces for private 1-1 capital
   introduction meetings facilitated by LatinFinance
> Ample spaces for informal meetings and networking throughout the event
through lunch, at the cocktail reception and through coffee
