Recent investments include Sinopec’s $9.6bn in deals for the Brazilian assets of Repsol-YPF and the Argentine assets of Occidental, the $1.5bn farmland deal between Beidahuang China and Cresud in Argentina, two $10bn deals for Petrobras, $3.1bn to Bridas, a $3bn bid for the Peregrino oil field, the $2bn for Toromocho copper mine.
