The Latin America Asia-Pacific Investors Forum (LA-APIF)

Feb 23 - 24, 2011 | Hong Kong

The countries and companies of the Asia-Pacific region – including the markets of Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore – have long invested in and traded with Latin America. However, as Latin America proves its sustainability and long-term growth prospects, there are increasing opportunities, once unimaginable, for Asia-Pacific trade, direct and indirect investment into Latin America and a growing pool of actively diversifying investors anxious to explore and understand the region's markets, leading sectors, top credits and opportunities.

The Latin America Asia-Pacific Investors Forum (LA-APIF) will gather Latin America's leading companies, government entities and investment funds with Asia-Pacific's biggest investors, companies and intermediaries for an exclusive and in-depth conference examining the full spectrum of investment, trade and business opportunities in Latin America.

Unique Perspective
The LA-APIF agenda has been designed to explain to investors how they can benefit from the sustained macro-economic stability, improved economic fundamentals and robust and growing domestic markets, world-leading products and skills that are driving growth in Latin America, with a focus on trade, direct and indirect investment in:

> Agribusiness
> Metals and mining
> Oil and energy
> Power and infrastructure
> Sovereign and corporate credits
> Equity capital markets

Meaningful Networking
Leading up to LA-APIF, Latin American and international delegates will be able to request private 1-1 meetings with confirmed investors using the LatinFinance 1-1 Meeting Planner software. This innovative tool enables registered delegates to pre-qualify potential investors and business partners before meeting and facilitates in-depth interaction with hard-to-reach investors during the forum. LA-APIF will comprise three equally important elements:

> A main conference room where delegates will engage in a compelling series of panels,
presentations and workshops
> A second conference room set up with meetings spaces for private 1-1 capital
introduction meetings facilitated by LatinFinance
> Ample spaces for informal meetings and networking throughout the event
through lunch, at the cocktail reception and through coffee

Why Attend?
Latin American and international delegates will:

> PRESENT investment opportunities, strategies and stories to the liquid and actively diversifying Asia-Pacific investors
> ESTABLISH relationships with new pools of capital, business and trade opportunities
> UNCOVER the factors driving Asia-Pacific trade and investment into Latin America
> MEASURE investor appetite
> CONTRIBUTE to a unique forum with Asia-Pacific investors, corporates, financiers and government leaders

Registration includes:

> Entry to the invitation-only LA-APIF
> Private 1-1 capital introduction meetings for your delegation with your target
investors pre-arranged through LatinFinance 1-1 Meeting Planner*
> Exclusive access to all social events and networking opportunities associated with the
Forum
> All available Forum documentation, materials and presentations
> Your corporate profile available to attending investors
