Investors are likely to be particularly choosy when it comes to buying IPOs, thanks to a slew of apparently over-priced offerings in the latter part of 2009.

"[Deals] have been priced a bit expensively," Walter Mendes de Oliveira, head of equities at Itaú Unibanco Asset Management (IUAM) in São Paulo, tells LatinFinance, referring to the second half of 2009.
