Uruguay is set to retire $760m in outstanding bonds following the close of the tender offer that accompanied Tuesday’s $2bn 2024 bond sale. The sovereign has accepted for buyback $2m of its 7.5% 2015 bonds, $39m of its 9.25% 2017s, $570m of its 8.0%...
