Televisa Channels Long MXP Demand

Mexico’s Grupo Televisa has raised MXP6.5bn ($540m) from the sale of titulos de credito extranjero, becoming the second-ever issuer in the global-local asset class. The BBB+/BBB+ broadcaster got more than 5x demand, taking advantage of investor bullishness on the peso. The 2043 bond priced at 99.757 with a 7.250% coupon to yield 7.270%, or Mbonos+185bp, in line with 185bp-area guidance that was revised from earlier 200bp talk.
