Banco Latinoamericano de Comerico Exterior (Bladex) is considering issuing debt denominated in Malaysian ringgit and Thai baht to diversify its funding base at an attractive cost, Gregory Testerman, executive vp for treasury and capital markets, tells LatinFinance.
