Chile Weighs DCM Return: Minister

Chile is considering an international bond issuance this year for the fourth time in as many years “depending on how market conditions are,” finance minister Felipe Larrain tells LatinFinance. “We may do it,” he says, noting the sovereign has “no commitment whatsoever to come back to the markets again this year.” Larrain stresses that a priority of the government is to help ease gains in the local currency – a fact which could militate against more hard currency...
