Despite robust DCM issuance activity and investors claiming to be in a search for yield, Brazil’s high-yield issuers are seen facing difficulty to issue during the remainder of the year. This despite strong demand seen for double-B trades this month from issuers from countries including Colombia and Peru. Though investors want yield, they are motivated more by size and liquidity, making it challenging for the single and double-B corporate who have had market access in the past....
