CFR Buys Big in Colombia

CFR Pharmaceuticals has agreed to acquire Colombia’s Laboratorio Franco Colombiano (Lafrancol), it says, in a $562m buy that is uncharacteristically large for the expanding Chilean, and makes it the largest pharmaceuticals company in Colombia.
