M&A deals continue to grow from last year, with 741 deals announced in the year through June 22, beating 2010s figure of 707 deals for the corresponding period, according to Dealogic. Total dollar volume is only half as much, though, with announced deals coming to only $66.7 billion, down from $126.4 billion last year.
