Televisa Deal Seen Pricey

Televisa officially announced its plans to acquire 50% of Iusacell’s equity for $1.6bn on the Mexican stock exchange Thursday, in a deal analysts and bankers describe as pricey for the buyer. “It looks expensive,” says one Sao Paulo-based equity analyst.
