BTG Sells Pricey Stake

BTG Pactual has issued $1.8bn in new shares to a consortium of investors. The group includes Singapore’s GIC, China’s CIC, Canadian pension fund OTPP, Abu Dhabi Investment Council, JC Flowers, RIT Capital Partners and Lord Rothschild’s family interests.
