Argentina is hoping early next year to place its first international new money bond issue in almost a decade, the country’s finance secretary Hernan Lorenzino tells LatinFinance. “To talk realistically, one should think about returning to the “clean” market – as we say – at the start of next year,” says Lorenzino.
